KnitPro is a family-owned company located in Jaipur, India that employs and supports over 1,700 workers. Our fair practice ethics are:
To provide knitters with superior grade products that help them enjoy and grow in the skillful practice of their crafts.

The health and safety of our staff are top priority. KnitPro is located in an eco-compliant facility that is very well-maintained and cleaned daily.
We are extremely proud to build a strong relationship with the people who work with us. We provide services that make it easier for them to work on-site. These include transportation, working uniforms, subsidized meals, medical & retirement benefits.

Employment Policy
KnitPro has a strong commitment to female employment and rights. Our founder's policy on female employment is - any woman who wants a job is hired.
Over 50% of KnitPro employees are female. For most of the women employed by the company, this is the first job. Many have never before worked outside their homes. To see them flourish and grow in self-confidence has been a source of gratification.

AT VILLAGE SCHOOL.
KnitPro management takes its commitment to the land and people seriously. Several years back, the founder undertook the responsibility of establishing and funding support for the "Apna School" in a village outside of New Delhi.
The school educates children who come from surrounding rural towns in grades through primary to high school. This school is the only educational facility of its kind in the area.
Since KnitPro's management is passionate about the fair treatment and the educational advancement of girls and women, emphasis is placed on equal schooling.
KnitPro's support of education is another way in which they help ensure the growth of a new generation of accomplished adults.
Our foremost priority is a healthy, safe and secure environment for the people who work with KnitPro. That consideration takes into account the atmospheric and land conditions.

KnitPro facilities are located on 6 acres, within a 3,000-acre "campus". It is qualified as eco-compliant and recognized worldwide, for its sustainable profile and role in climate change initiatives.
KnitPro products are produced in a dust-free environment with renewable energy ensuring safe working conditions for the staff. One hundred per cent of our factory water is cleaned daily, resulting in zero wastage.
Purified water is used to maintain the beauty of our grounds. In accordance with health guidelines, all our workers are required to wear face masks.
